Here is the ingredients for chorizo beans on toast!

Ingredient list-
100g (3½oz) of chopped cooked chorizo: 100g (3½oz) of chopped cooked chorizo
200g/7oz of washed and drained canned chickpeas or cannellini beans: 200g/7oz of washed and drained canned chickpeas or cannellini beans
Chopped tomatoes in a can: 200g/7oz of canned tomatoes
One tablespoon of freshly chopped thyme leaves or one teaspoon of dried thyme: One tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves or one teaspoon dried thyme, salt, and freshly ground black pepper
To assist
Two pieces of toastTwo pieces of toast
One tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley leaves (optional)

Method for chorizo beans on toast-
Step 1

Heat a pot to a medium temperature. Add the chorizo to the heated pan and cook for one to two minutes, or until it begins to crisp.

Step 2
Stir in the thyme after adding the canned tomatoes and rinsed chickpeas. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Simmer until the sauce has warmed through and thickened to your desired consistency, about 10 minutes.

Step 3-
Top the bread with the chickpea mixture and sprinkle with parsley to serve.

Ingredient list-
A single huge free-range egg
100ml/3½fl oz milk, 50g/1½oz plain flour, pinch salt, and a knob of butter for frying
For the topping-
Two eggs that are free-range
a splash of vegetable oil to fry
Frozen peas, 30g/1oz
Trim and thinly slice two spring onions lengthwise.
One red chilli, deseeded and lengthwise cut finely
Half a lemon, juice just freshly ground black pepper and salt

Pancake rolls method!

Step 1
Put the eggs, flour, and salt in a bowl and mix to combine to form the pancake batter. After adding the milk, mix one more until smooth.

Step 2
In a frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Cook for one to two minutes after adding a ladle of pancake batter. Cook for a further one to two minutes after flipping. To cook the second pancake, repeat.

Step 3-
Meanwhile, cook the eggs in a little oil for the topping. Pour boiling water over the peas in a heatproof basin until they are defrosted, then drain well.

Step 4
Over each pancake, distribute half of the peas, spring onions, and chilli. Add a fried egg on top, sprinkle in some lemon juice, and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. To serve, roll up
