This breakfast recipe takes about 25 minutes which is so worth every minute because how delicious it turns out, and each serving has 800 kcal, which may sound like a lot but for a full English, that is cutting it down!

So what are you waiting for, let’s get cooking!

Air fryer- full English ingredients

The ingredients in this dish are optional and you can choose what ones to include- it is your plate! Here is the list of ingredients that you need!

Ingredients;
1 English muffin
½ tsp butter, softened
200g mushrooms, roughly chopped
½ tsp olive oil
1 tomato, halved across the equator
2 sausages
2 hash browns
1 egg
2 bacon rashers
½ 400g can or 200g can baked beans

Like I said it is all optional and you can pick and chose what to plate up!

Air fryer full English- method!

Step 1
Start off by heating your air fryer to 180C. Slice the English muffin in half and cut a circle out of one half, leaving a 2cm-thick ring. Pop it to toast in the air-fryer for around 5 minutes, then remove, spread butter on top and set to the side.

Step 2
Put the mushrooms in a bowl and sprinkle over the measured out oil. Season with salt and pepper and stir to coat. Pop the mushrooms into the air fryer and cook for around 4 mins until they begin to soften. Cut the tomatoes in half and season with salt and pepper and add them in the air-fryer along with the mushrooms and also add in the sausages. Cook these for around 2 minutes and then add in the hash browns, and cook these for another 4 minutes.

Step 3
While your mushroom, tomato, sausage and hash browns are cooking away, we are going to prepare our muffin again! Grab a cup and a fork and crack your egg into the cup carefully (hit the shell with the fork to make a crack and then peel, to ensure you do not burst the yolk) , and set your already prepared muffin onto a plate. Pour your egg slowly out the cup into the hole in the muffin and set it on a plate to the side.

Step 4
Your air fryer is now too packed to add in anything else, so grab a plate and a spoon, and spoon out the mushrooms, or if you feel they aren’t warm enough yet, pop them on top of your tomatoes and continue to cook for a bit. Put the bacon on top of the sausages, then carefully nestle in the egg muffin. If you have enough room, pour your beans into a ramekin and pop your beans in to cook as well. If not you can microwave your beans for 2 to 5 minutes and it has the same effect.

Step 5
Let this cook for about 10 minutes and make sure it is all warm, then it is time to plate up your air fryer fry up! Pop it all sectioned on a plate and serve and enjoy!
