This amazing butter chicken is super easy to make, follow this quick and easy step by step guide and it will be complete! After you try it once, you will be wanting to make it all the time!

Combine all of the marinade ingredients and a little spice in a medium bowl. Add the marinade to the chicken after chopping it into bite-sized pieces. Cover and refrigerate for one hour or overnight.

The oil should be heated in a heavy, big pot. Add some spice, ginger, green chilli, garlic, and onion. Fry until tender, about 10 minutes, over medium heat.

Step 3
After adding the spices and tomato purée, heat for an additional two minutes until aromatic. After that, add the stock and marinated chicken. Add any marinade that is still in the bowl after cooking for fifteen minutes. Sprinkle with the roasted almonds after 5 minutes of simmering. If desired, serve with rice, naan bread, chutney, lime wedges, and coriander.
