Chicken and tomato pasta ingredients!
This recipe requires just a short list of ingredients in order to get the huge burst of flavour! Here is the list of ingredients that you need in order to make them;

Four teaspoons of olive oil, plus additional for serving
Two breasts of chicken
Salted butter (20g/¾oz)
Four cloves of garlic, crushed in your palm
One fresh sprig of rosemary
One fresh sprig of thyme
On-vine cherry tomatoes, 150g/5½oz
One thinly sliced banana shallot and 200g/7oz of linguine
Half a cube of chicken stock
One tablespoon of fresh basil, chopped finely
freshly ground black pepper
and a little pinch of grated Parmesan salt!

Chicken and tomato pasta- method!
The method for this delicious mid week dinner is super easy and all you have to do is follow this 7 step by step guide!
Step 1
Turn the oven on to 200°C (180°C for fans) or Gas 6. Over medium-high heat, place a large ovenproof frying pan.
Step 2
Add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts after rubbing them with 1 teaspoon of oil on each sides. After adding the chicken, pour the remaining oil into the frying pan. After cooking the chicken for about two minutes, flip it over and add the butter, tomatoes, shallots, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
Step 3
The chicken should be cooked through after 10 to 15 minutes of cooking in the oven. In the meantime, cook the pasta as directed on the package until it is al dente by bringing a pot of salted water to a boil. After draining, set aside the cooking water.
Step 4
Take the chicken out of the pan and oven when it’s done. Put aside to recuperate.
Step 5
Because the frying pan will be hot from the oven, cover the handle with a dry towel and set it over medium heat. The tomato vines, garlic skins, rosemary, and thyme should all be carefully removed and thrown away; you may peel the fruits off by sliding a fork between the tomato and the vine.
Step 6
To make a light sauce, gently crush the garlic and tomatoes together with the back of a fork. Add the chicken stock cube and one or two ladles of pasta boiling water. Add the spaghetti and toss to coat after stirring to mix and seasoning to taste.
Step 7
Place half of the Parmesan and half of the basil on each serving platter. After cutting the chicken into slices, place it over the noodles. Add the remaining basil, Parmesan, and oil to finish.
