Chilli beef noodles- ingredients!
Like I said, all of the ingredients that are put into the burst of flavour in this amazing meal are easy to prepare and cook, super cheap and on budget and also super tasty! You only need a short list of ingredients in order to make these tasty chilli beef noodles!
Here is the list of ingredients that you will need;
For the chilli beef;
Spoonful of vegetable oil
two cloves of coarsely chopped garlic
Two red chillies, seeded and chopped finely; 500g/1lb 2oz beef mince
A 300g packet of ready-to-eat udon noodles (refer to the recipe tip)
½ Savoy or lover cabbage, shredded
Two tablespoons of gently crushed, salted, toasted peanuts for garnish
Two spring onions, sliced thinly for decoration
For the sauce;
Two tsp of creamy peanut butter
Two tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon wine or cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of dried chilli flakes
Just boiled 200ml/7fl oz of water

Chilli beef noodles- recipe method!
The method of this amazing recipe is just as quick and easy as the ingredient list! It takes under 10 minutes to prepare the meal and there is no difficult steps to follow! This is a really easy to follow, fast dish! So, what are we waiting for! What is not to love about this dish! Let’s get cooking!
Step 1
First thing is first, we are going to prepare the chilli beef! Heat the oil in a wok or big frying pan, then stir-fry the garlic, chilli, and beef mince for 5 minutes, or until beautifully browned. This is how you prepare the chilli beef.
Step 2
Meanwhile, to prepare the sauce, put the water, vinegar, soy sauce, peanut butter, and chilli flakes in a small saucepan and boil over low heat, stirring until thoroughly combined.
Step 3
When the beef mince is well cooked and the noodles and cabbage are heated, add them to the skillet and simmer for a further 4-5 minutes. After adding the sauce and giving everything a good stir, divide the noodles into serving dishes. Serve after scattering the peanuts and spring onions on top.

- This recipe works well with other types of mince too, such as pork or turkey.
- Noodles that are meant to be cooked immediately are often packed tightly; to prevent this, loosen the noodles in a basin of warm water.
