Crackling pork belly- ingredients!
This recipe requires so little ingredients, yet it still has a huge, amazing burst of flavour for such little ingredients! It is super easy, all ingredients are on budget and cheaper to buy, and they all taste amazing! Here is the list of ingredients that you need in order to make this amazing dinner;
Ingredients for the roast pork belly;
1-1.5 kilogrammes, 2¼ pounds, 3 pounds, 5 ounces of boneless pork belly with carefully sliced skin: 1-1.5 kilogrammes, 2¼ pounds, 3 pounds, 5 ounces of boneless pork belly with nicely sliced skin
Three garlic cloves: three cloves of garlic
Dry chilli flakes: half a teaspoon of dried chilli flakes
The amount of light soy sauce is two teaspoons.
The amount of groundnut oil is one tablespoon.
One teaspoon each of salt and Chinese five-spice powder, lightly piled

Crackling pork belly- method!
The method is also super easy, and requires barely any effort at all! Just a few simple steps, and if you follow along, you will have this delicious meal ready in no time at all!
Step 1
Combine the pork belly, groundnut oil, soy, dried chilli flakes, salt, and five-spice powder in a glass or porcelain dish. Peel and crush the garlic to a paste.
Step 2
Cover the pork belly’s skin and underside with this mixture, and let it marinade for at least four hours, if not overnight.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 8 once the meat has marinated. Put the pork in a roasting tray and cook it for about 20 minutes with the skin side up. Reduce the temperature to 200C/400F/Gas 6 and cook for another 40 to 50 minutes, or until the skin is crisp and black. Let it sit for ten minutes before carving.
Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the peach salsa by halving the tomatoes, chopping the peaches, peeling and stoneing the spring onions, finely chopping the chilli, and gently combining them with the lime juice and olive oil.
