Mouth melting truffles- step by step method!
The method is just as quick and easy as the ingredient list but do not fear- they are full of amazing flavour and taste as if they have took hours to make! Super easy and super quick! Here is the step by step guide!
Step 1
First, prepare the middles. Stir in the chopped dark chocolate and let it melt after heating the dulce de leche in a skillet for one minute until it is warm and runny. Mix until it’s smooth.
Step 2
Tip the mixture onto a dinner plate after covering it with cling film and giving it a good oiling. Cool, then freeze until extremely hard, about 2 hours.
Step 3
In a dish, place the milk chocolate. Pour the cream over the chocolate after bringing it to a boil in a separate pan. After two minutes, whisk in the vanilla until it’s smooth. Let cool, then refrigerate until solid.
Step 4
Cut the caramel into thumbnail-sized pieces using damp kitchen scissors after removing it from the cling film. Evenly dust a large baking pan with cocoa powder. Using hands coated with cocoa, insert a chunk of caramel into a heaping teaspoon of the truffle mix.
Step 5
Roll the mixture into a ball after squeezing it to seal the caramel. Shake to coat in the cocoa after placing on the tray. Continue with the remaining mixture, and if you are making it fewer than three days in advance, freeze or chill.
