Sausage tagliatelle stroganoff- method!
The method for this recipe is so quick and easy, and will change your life! So, what are we waiting for!
Step 1
Start off by measuring out your butter and heat the butter in a frying pan and the oil over a medium heat until it starts foaming up. Grab your sausage meat and grab large chunks of the sausage meat out of the skins and into the pan with the foamy butter and oil. Cook your sausage meat with 5 to 8 minutes stirring occasionally until they are all golden brown all over. Add the mushrooms into the pan and cook them for a further 5 mins until starting to turn brown.
Step 2
Sprinkle in the paprika and stir through the paprika and cook for it 1 min before measuring out the soured cream and stirring in the soured cream, measuring out and mixing in the mustard and finally the stock. Leave this to cook on a medium heat until it comes to a simmer, and then taste it and season with salt and pepper if you think it is needed.
Step 3
While your sausage stroganoff is cooking away, we are going to cook our pasta. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large pan of salted water according to pack instructions. Once your tagliatelle is cooked then add to the sauce with half the parsley. Leave it to cook coating in the sauce for another 2 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper if you feel it is needed.
Step 4
Once your pasta is coated in the sauce, grab a ladle and spoon it into its bowls. Sprinkle the remaining parsley on top and if you also wish, you can add in parmesan on top for an extra hint of flavour! Serve and enjoy!
