Sriracha chicken wings- ingredients

Ingredients for the chicken wings-
One kilogramme, two pounds, four ounces of big chicken wings without tips (about twelve) and without tips
Two tablespoons of sunflower oil, plus additional to drizzle: Two tablespoons of sunflower oil plus more for sprinkling
2 teaspoons of Sriracha sauce: A teaspoon of Sriracha sauce
15g/½ oz 15 grammes per ½ ounce of ordinary flour
The amount of paprika: 1 tsp
2 teaspoons of ground ginger

An amount of 150g/5½oz of sour cream

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7. Line a large roasting tin with non-stick baking paper.

Step 2
The chicken wings should be put in a big bowl. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, and then add the oil and sriracha sauce. Stir everything together well. Toss everything together after adding the flour, ginger, and paprika to the chicken.

Step 3
Place the wings in the roasting tray that has been prepared, and then bake them for twenty-five minutes. Take the wings out of the oven and flip them over. After adding a little more oil, bake the wings for ten to fifteen more minutes, or until they are crisp and brown.
